At the press conference, Chairman Niu Yugang of Yilei presented a detailed report on the 2026 key new products. The core highlight of this press conference was the collective debut of four breakthrough new products by Yilei, covering all scenarios of core components in energy equipment:
The generator guard ring is a key component for large-scale power generation equipment. Its manufacturing requires the use of customized alloys and high-precision processing. Since 2025, Yilei has collaborated with major power generation groups, main equipment manufacturers, etc., to launch a dedicated production line for high-performance domestic double-18 nitrogen guard rings. On December 24, 2025, this product was officially rolled off the production line, significantly enhancing the degree of domestic autonomy in related fields.
A super-large diameter and ultra-thick-walled cylinder, with a base material weight of 280 tons, an outer diameter of 8 meters, an inner diameter of 7.6 meters, and a height of 5 meters. It is mainly used in key forgings such as hydrogenation cylinders and transition sections of pressure vessels in the high-end petrochemical industry. It provides a crucial pressure-bearing carrier for various high-temperature, high-pressure, and hydrogen-containing process reactions and medium storage in petrochemical production. It is the core foundation for the safe and stable operation of pressure vessels.
A super-large diameter thin-walled cylinder, with a base material weight of 120 tons, an outer diameter of 12 meters, an inner diameter of 11.86 meters, a wall thickness of 70 millimeters, and a height of 4 meters. It is used in fields such as water conservancy and hydropower.
An ultra-large-diameter seamless rolled ring formed by a single piece process. This product was rolled and formed by the world's largest 22-meter rolled ring rolling mill jointly developed by Yilei, Tiantan Company and Watts Company. One of the ring pieces has a base material weight of 143 tons and an outer diameter of 21.029 meters; the other is an equivalent verification piece for a certain fourth-generation nuclear power project, with a base material weight of 280 tons and an outer diameter of 18.63 meters. It can lay a solid hardware foundation for the safe operation of nuclear power projects.
Break the Guinness World Record and set a new industry benchmark
At the press conference venue, Guinness World Records certifier Hou Ying presented the "Guinness World Record for the Largest Integral Rolled Steel Ring (Prototype)" certification certificate to Chairman Niu Yugang. With a new record of 21.0294 meters in diameter, Yilai broke its own Guinness World Record set in 2022 and created a new industrial miracle in human history.

During the event, an agreement signing ceremony for the purchase of Elait's 15-15 equipment was also held. The total signing amount reached 110 million yuan. At a crucial juncture when the new five-year plan of the country is getting underway, this signing will be used to fill the gaps in Elait's existing processing chain, using extremely advanced equipment to ensure the extreme manufacturing capabilities, and to make technical and equipment reserves for major national projects, major projects and major equipment in advance, helping Elait steadily move towards being a global core component manufacturer of high-end equipment.
